Timothy Morita
7th Grade
Mr. Timothy Morita is the dedicated Middle School Math and Science Teacher and the 7th Grade Homeroom teacher. He is in his first year at Hood View Adventist School and brings 7 years of teaching experience to our campus.
Mr. Morita is highly qualified to teach our middle schoolers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and is K-8 Certified, with special endorsements that allow him to teach Math and Science through 10th grade.
For Mr. Morita, the greatest joy of his profession is connection and growth. He states that the most rewarding part of teaching is "working with students. Watching them grow, learn, and mature is the best feeling as a teacher."
His primary goal is to "help prepare the students for high school and to show that math can be fun." He strives to make these essential subjects both understandable and enjoyable.
Outside of the classroom, here are some things about Mr. Morita:
New Family Addition: He and his wife are expecting their first child in February 2026!
