Rachel Kugler

Ms. Rachael Kugler is a dedicated educator embarking on her third year of teaching and is a valuable member of our preschool team. Ms. Kugler holds a Bachelor's degree and is passionate about early childhood development. Her teaching philosophy centers on fostering both academic and social-emotional growth.

For Ms. Kugler, the most rewarding part of her job is "Seeing the growth and progress each student makes from the beginning of the year to the end." She also treasures "seeing the friendships each of my students form throughout the year," believing that a strong classroom community is essential for learning. Ms. Kugler's primary goal for her students is "Helping my students become more independent and grow to be kind, helpful, and empathetic to their classmates."

When she's not in the classroom, Ms. Kugler enjoys a variety of creative and relaxing activities: Building sandcastles, making cards, baking treats, and playing with her cat, Jack.
